With Group Appointments you are able to schedule multiple Clients with one Provider for a Group Session.

Create Group Appointments & Series

Group Appointments can only be created for Clients with authorizations for Group Service Codes.
Group Appointments appear on the calendar as separate appointments, but click into any of the appointment and you will be able to edit for the whole group!

Manage Group Appointments

Add a Client to a Group Appointment
Cancel a Client from a Group Appointment (e.g. Client is sick for one of the appointments in the group series.
Remove a Client from a Group Appointment Series (e.g. the Client is dropping out of the group going forward)
Cancel Group Appointment or Series for All Clients
Cancel Group Appointments for a Holiday

FAQs for Group Appointments

No Service Codes display for a Client that I'm adding to a Group!

Only Group Service Codes will display in the Service Code window for Group Appointments. If no Service Codes display, this might indicate that there are no authorizations for Group Appointments for this Client. Check that there are Group Authorizations for this client, or enter one for them.
