You may need to fully remove a Client from a Group Appointment or Series due to a Client move, discharge or other reasons.
❗️IMPORTANT! If any client within a group appointment (reoccurring or not) has to cancel, all edits and additions need to be completed and saved to the group appointment before any cancellations are made.

Remove Client from Group Appointment
- Navigate to Schedule.
- Locate appropriate Group Appointment > Open Appointment for Client.
📌 NOTE: Identify the appointment date from which you want to begin removing the client. Make sure to select the specific client and the correct date for removal.
- Click the 3 dots in lower right corner.
- Select Cancel this and future appointments.
- Select the Cancel Reason Code.
The initial appointment you cancelled will turn red and the rest of the series will be removed from the calendar for this client.
