In the Schedule Module, you can make appointments, edit, cancel, or delete appointments, and view the calendar.

Schedule Module Overview
Navigate to the Schedule Module in the left side menu.

Apply filters to view schedule
- Click the
Search icon to select filters to display the schedule you are looking for (provider name, client name, billable/non-billable, etc.). Click Apply Search to view the schedule.

If you want to view the entire schedule, click the
Search icon and click Apply Search.

- View all appointments for a specific Provider or Client.
- View all appointments for a specific Service, Room or Billing type.
- Filter with any combination of these. (eg. All appointments for Provider A in Room 1.)
Appointment View
- Change the order in which information displays on the appointment.
- View the appointments by Service Provider, Patient, Service, Room, etc.
Select Facility
- Select/Filter Calendar to desired Facilities.
📌 NOTE: You can only view multiple facilities if they are in the same timezone. To view other schedules for Facilities in other timezones, deselect all Facilities from current timezone and select Facilities for other timezone.
Appointment Status Legend
- Reference to remember what each appointment color/status means.

- This will show the facility calendar that you are currently viewing.

- Toggle between Day, Week, Work Week and Month views of the Schedule

Schedule Module FAQs
Why can't I edit or manage appointments in Boost?
- Your permissions may only allow you to view the schedule, not manage or edit. If you believe this is in error, reach out to your Supervisor or your Boost Champion so they can adjust your Boost permissions.
I got the error "Provider Not Available" when trying to schedule an appointment, but it looks like they are available!
- This error could mean that the Provider is already schedule during this time, OR that the client is scheduled at this time. Solutions could include: Filtering to the Client and the Provider to see all appointments for both to see if there is something blocking, AND/or remove facility filters, as something may have erroneously been scheduled on a different facility for that provider or client that is blocking.
My appointment notes aren't pulling over to the next appointment in a recurring series of appointments.
- The Notes Tab is designed to only work at a single-appointment level. While you CAN make a note on an appointment that is recurring or in a series, the notes that you make will only stay on that single appointment. They will NOT carry over to another appointment.
- Example: I have a recurring appointment for Mondays and Wednesdays from 2-3 pm. I add a note to the Monday appointment. This note will ONLY apply to the Monday appointment. It will not be transferred over to the Wednesday appointment, or any other appointment attached to this series.
