Choose the Service Code associated with the services being provided by clicking on the code.
Authorization Burndown Information
The Authorization Burndown Information is shown after you click on the Service Code. This will help you understand how many hours are left on the authorization and if you have the ability to schedule on this authorization. Learn about Authorization Burndown Information.
Select Primary Provider.
The Primary Provider is the "Performing Provider" or the one providing Service.
The Rendering Provider is kept on the Case Manager Tab of the Client Profile.
Select Environment. 📌 NOTE: If you select Home or School, select or add in the appropriate Address for the appointment. Learn more about School/Home Appointments.
Select Facility.
Select appointment Start Date & Time.
Select appointment End Date & Time.
The End Date & Time corresponds with the authorization end date. This keeps appointments from being scheduled outside of an authorization period.
Select Recurrence.
Don't Repeat = Single Appointment
Weekly or Monthly = Recurrence.
If Recurrence, select days to repeat.
If Recurrence, the series end date will automatically be filled in based on the length of the authorization for that service.
