You can cancel a Group Appointment or Series for all Clients if the office is shut down, Provider is sick, or for any other reason.
❗️IMPORTANT! If any client within a group appointment (reoccurring or not) has to cancel, all edits and additions need to be completed and saved to the group appointment before any cancellations are made.

Cancel Group for All Clients
- Navigate to Schedule.
- Locate appropriate Group Appointment for any client in the Group.
- Open the appointment window.

Toggle On to display details for the Group.
- Click the 3 dots in lower right corner.
- Select Cancel this Appointment or Cancel this and future Appointments to cancel the series going forward.
- Select the Cancel Reason Code.
If you chose "Cancel Appointment", all of the appointments linked to that group will turn red, indicating they are canceled.
If you chose "Cancel This & Future Appts.", all of the appointments linked to that group will turn red for the date you canceled them. The rest of the appointments that had been scheduled for that series will not show up on the calendar after the cancelation date.
