As Group Appointments make their way to Boost, we wanted to give you a Top Tips article to help you through scheduling Group Appointments.

"Show Group" Toggle
Enable the “Show Group” toggle before editing a group appointment in Boost.
Without this toggle enabled, you will not be able to edit or cancel the appointment for all clients in the group.
Click the toggle at the top of the opened appointment window to enable edits.

Cancel the series from that date forward if many edits are needed—we recommend this approach to avoid multiple updates to the same group appointment or group series.
- Click three dots > Select “Cancel this & future appts.”
- Create a new recurring appointment for the required client(s).

Save Changes Before Cancelling
Complete and save all edits to the group appointment before canceling any individual client. If a client within a group appointment (recurring or single) needs to cancel, first make and save all required updates at the group level. Then open the session for the client who needs to cancel, select the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner, choose “Cancel appointment” (and the cancellation reason). The client’s session will appear as canceled (red) on the schedule.
✨ We also recommend not removing holidays until the day before the scheduled date.
