Clients are occasionally going to need to miss a group session for one reason or another. You can cancel a Group Appointment for a single member.
❗️IMPORTANT! If any client within a group appointment (reoccurring or not) has to cancel, all edits and additions need to be completed and saved to the group appointment before any cancellations are made.

Cancel a Client - Group Appointment
- Navigate to Schedule.
- Locate appropriate Group Appointment for the specific client you need to cancel.
- Open the appointment window.
- Click the 3 dots in lower right corner.
- Select Cancel this Appointment.
- Select the Cancel Reason Code.
The appointment for this specific Client will turn red, telling you that their appointment has been canceled, but the remaining Clients will still be scheduled.
