Group appointments are used when more than one client meets with a provider at the same time. With Group Appointments, you can schedule multiple clients into a single session with one provider, streamlining scheduling while still supporting individualized goals and documentation.
This article will walk you through the process of creating a group appointment or series of appointments.

Creating Group Appointments
- Navigate to Schedule > double click on appropriate time slot for Group Appointment.
- Select Billable Group Appointment.
- Select Client(s) & corresponding Service Code(s).
NOTE: Only group services codes will display in group appointments. - Click Add Client to add additional clients/service codes to the Group.
- Complete the rest of the appointment details > Select Provider, Environment, and Facility for the Appointment.

Adjust the Date and Time.
✨OPTIONAL - Select Recurrence cadence if this will be a group that meets regularly.
- Click Save.
As soon as you click Save, an appointment will display for each member of the group. You can click into any of the group appointments to edit the appointment for all. Learn more about editing an appointment here.
