Clients and Prospects Release Notes
A refreshed Clients and Prospects experience in Boost.
We've rebuilt it from the ground up — with richer profiles, smarter pipeline tracking, and the details your team uses most, right where you need them.
This release brings:
Redesigned profile view with tabbed navigation and card-based highlights for the information that matters most
Teams can now manage the prospect-to-client lifecycle independently for each service category, reflecting how families actually onboard across ABA, Speech, and OT
Documents tab rebuilt around search and categories, so finding the right file takes seconds
We've enriched profiles with Primary Contact, Guarantor, and Preferred Name fields, brought Eligibility to the surface, and made insurance inactivation status clearer than ever
New Prospect Stage view gives you an at-a-glance picture of where every prospect sits in the pipeline, with filters to slice by service, location, or stage
Prospect & Client Statuses
Configurable Prospect and Client statuses — create your own statuses with custom names and colors, from new admin pages under Settings
Stronger guardrails on status changes, including required reason capture and a confirmation step before discharging a client.
When a prospect is declined, you're now prompted to record a reason, so the history stays clear.
Creating a New Prospect & Editing Experience
New Prospect modal gives the ability to select multiple Service Categories at once, link an existing client, and choose a Payor from a dropdown.
How to Create a New Prospect:
Click New Prospect in the top right corner of the Prospect page
Fill out the required information
Prospect to Client Conversion
A new conversion workflow tailored to each service line has been added, so converting a prospect to a client is faster and more accurate.

Documents Tab
-
Reorganized Documents tab with 8 collapsible standardized categories (custom categories coming next), plus search, and category filtering to find files faster.
New Categories include: Intake Forms, Insurance Documents, Authorization Letters, Medical Records, Consent Forms, Evaluations & Assessments, Correspondence
Filtering, Search, & Case Managers
New filters on the Clients list: Eligibility Status, Guardian Name, and Case Manager.
Case Managers per service category are visible at the list page. Past case managers will be listed below for reference as well.
This release significantly improves the Clients and Prospects experience in Boost — making it more configurable to your team's workflow, easier to maintain as your data grows, and faster in daily use. We welcome your feedback and will continue building on this foundation in future releases.
