New! Provider Availability is Now Visible on the Schedule
We’ve added a highly requested enhancement to make scheduling faster, clearer, and more accurate.
When a provider’s availability is set in their Employee Profile (under the Schedule tab) and you select
that provider and their facility on the schedule, any time they are marked as unavailable will now appear
in gray.
These times are not schedulable—the system will prevent appointments from being added during
unavailable periods.
A Few Helpful Notes:

Availability displays only when one provider is selected.
If multiple providers are selected, availability shading is hidden to keep the schedule clean and
uncluttered. -
Availability is facility-specific.
If a provider’s availability is tied to Facility A but you’re only viewing Facility B, you won’t see the
shading. Selecting the correct facility—or both—will display it as expected.
This enhancement helps ensure appointments are scheduled only during times your providers are truly
available, making scheduling smoother and more reliable for your whole team.
Enhanced Sticky Filters Are Now Available
We’ve improved the scheduling experience by introducing enhanced sticky filters. When you return to
the schedule, it will now automatically display the filters you last used—whether filtered by facility,
providers, clients, services, or any other selections from the filter menu. This makes it easier to maintain
your preferred view without reapplying filters each time.
✅ ONE TIME ACTION REQUIRED:
The first time you open the schedule after this release, you will need to confirm your filter selections.
Open the filter menu, choose your filters and click Apply Search. If you prefer to view the full schedule,
simply click Apply without selecting anything.
After this initial step, the system will remember your most recent filter selections and apply them
automatically whenever you return to the schedule.
Appointments

The appointment type (billable to billable, nonbillable to nonbillable) can now be updated for all singular
appointments, as well as appointments within a series.
Attachments

When an attachment on the platform is downloaded (from client profiles, authorizations, etc.), the
upload date is now listed on that document
Recommended Post‑Release Steps
- Clear your browser cache to ensure you load the latest assets and avoid any leftover files from the previous version.
- Verify that the new sticky filter behavior works as expected on your primary device.
