This release focuses on resolving specific issues that could interrupt scheduling, authorization management, and day‑to‑day workflows. The changes below address and improve behavior across multiple functions.
New: Auth Card Selection & MFA Email Authentication
Authorization Workflow Enhancements
- Enhanced the Group Appointment Service Code selection process to make it easier to choose the correct codes, improving workflow efficiency and downstream billing accuracy.
- Click the appropriate Auth Card to select the Service Code now. (See video below for walkthrough of this feature!)
Security Enhancements
- Added support for Email One‑Time Passcodes (OTP) as an alternative MFA method in Azure AD B2C, providing more flexibility and easier access while maintaining secure authentication.

Additional New Feature: Usability Improvements
- Added Sticky Filters in the Authorizations page so your selected filters persist while navigating, reducing repetitive filtering and saving time.

Scheduling & Recurring Appointment Reliability
- Corrected issues with monthly recurring appointments so details now appear consistently in the appointment panel, improving visibility and reducing confusion for schedulers.
- Fixed duplicated appointments that appeared when updating the authorization on an appointment within a series.
- Fixed errors when cancelling “this and future appointments” in a group series, improving the reliability of group appointment management.
- Resolved an error that occurred when changing the provider of a recurring group appointment, allowing provider updates without interruption.
- Corrected unintended changes to other future appointments when editing “this and future,” ensuring updates only affect the intended part of the series.
- Fixed issues with appointment validation errors incorrectly displayed during series edits, improving scheduling clarity.
Recommended Post‑Release Steps
Clear your browser cache to ensure each user experiences all updates. Below are steps to do this:
- Log into Boost
- Right click anywhere on the application screen and select “Inspect”
- Then, right click on your browser window to refresh, and select Empty Cache Hard Reload.
- Click “Close” in the upper right-hand corner of the Inspect panel (this panel that popped up on the right)
- Now your screen should be back to its original state and refreshed to show the new updates!
