An Employee Profile is required in Boost if an employee will be providing services for a client.
An employee profile is what connects a person to the services they provide in the system. If someone is delivering care or direct services, they’ll need a profile so their work can be scheduled, tracked, and billed correctly.
❗IMPORTANT: There is a difference between an Boost Employee Profile and a Boost User. ALL Employees will need a Boost Employee Profile in order to schedule or bill for that Employee. If that Employee also needs Boost access, to do their own scheduling, to access Client information, etc, they will also need to have a Boost user account.
