Add New User to Boost

As a Boost Admin or Champion you are able to add Users to Boost and set their permissions.

Adding a user to Boost allows the user to do work in the system. If the user also provides service they will need to be added as an Employee so they can be scheduled and billed for. Click here to learn more about the different between User Profiles and Employee Profiles in Boost.

1. Navigate to Account Settings > Users.
2. Click Add icon.
   
    

Enter User Name (their email address). Best Practice is to use their work email. Enter User's First and Last Name. Create Initial Password and Confirm it. The user will immediately reset this upon logging in for the first time.

Set User permissions by selecting appropriate Modules & Settings in the Groups dropdown. e.g. For Intake Employees you might add Modules "Prospects - Read/Write" & "Clients - Read/Write" and any other modules they need either as "Read" only access or "Read/Write" access. ✨TIP: "Read" only access will override "Read/Write" access, since it is the stricter restriction of the two. If you need a user to be able to edit, choose "Read/Write" only for that user.  Choose a Facility. Choose which Facility or Facilities this user needs access to. Users will only see information for the facilities they are given access to.  Click Save button.

One the user has been added to the system they will need to go to app.boostresults.com and follow these instructions to login for the first time: Log into Boost
