When Offboarding an Employee from Boost, there are a few steps you need to take.Â
Employees will need to have their Employee Status changed and their Employee Profile set to "inactive". Setting an Employee Profile to inactive will allow sessions and billing to be completed, but it will keep schedulers from being able to schedule appointments for the Employee. They will also need to have their Boost User Account deactivated.Â

There are 3 Steps to Offboarding an Employee
✨TIP: Your organization may have a workflow for offboarding employees. If they do, please launch the workflow. If not, please follow these steps. (If you aren't sure if your organization has a workflow for offboarding employees, check in with your organizations leadership.)Â

Change Employee Status You will want to change the Employee's Status to terminated. This status means that employee is no longer active, is not available for scheduling, and their name will not appear in the Provider drop-down menu in the appointment window in Scheduling. |
|

Set Employee Profile to Inactive You will need to set the Employee Profile to "inactive". This allows billing and sessions to be completed, but doesn't allow scheduling to make any more appointments.   |
|
| Â |
Deactivate a Boost User Account You will need to deactivate the Employee's Boost User account. Deactivating the Boost User account stops the Employee from having access to Boost.  |
