The Employee Module houses all of the employee information. From here, you can quickly access, edit, and search employee profiles. Details like addresses, email, credentials, scheduling availability, and more are all stored in this module.
❗IMPORTANT: There is a difference between an Boost Employee Profile and a Boost User. ALL Employees will need a Boost Employee Profile in order to schedule or bill for that Employee. If that Employee also needs Boost access, to do their own scheduling, to access Client information, etc, they will also need to have a Boost user account. Employee Module Overview
Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.

Filters
- Search by Provider Name, Title, Default Facility, and Status

Employee Profile
- Expand the Employee Profile by clicking the "+" icon.
- Click on the Employee's Name to expand the profile and in things like Availability, Service Items, Compliance Items, etc.

Add New Employee Profile
- Click "+" icon > Add New to start a new Employee Profile.

Actions (Three Dots)
- Access Additional Actions for each Employee, such as starting a workflow
- Access Additional Actions for each Employee, such as starting a workflow

Help! I can't access or edit Employee Information!
- You may not have the proper permissions to do so. If you believe this is in error, reach out to your Supervisor or your Boost Champion and they will be able to help you get proper access.
