This will ensure that if you are cancelling the latest version of the appointment.

Cancel Group Appointment
- Navigate to Schedule.
- Locate appropriate Group Appointment for any client in the Group.
- Open the appointment window.

Toggle On to display details for the Group.
- Click the 3 dots in lower right corner.
- Select Cancel this Appointment.
- Select the Cancel Reason Code.
The appointment will turn red for all group members!
