The calendar in Boost has been created for quick and easy use. Color-coding and filtering features will help you use the calendar efficiently.

Color

Appointment in Boost are color coded to help you visually identify what Status an appointment is in. You can quickly reference the Appointment Status Legend on the Schedule screen by hovering over the
legend icon.

Facility

Be sure you are viewing the correct facility. The facility name will appear at the top of your calendar. You can select multiple facilities. If you are not viewing the correct facility, click on the Facility icon (
) to select the correct one.

If there is a bubble, click the bubble to see the information that is hidden.
✨TIP: The bubble that is on the main calendar page will not reflect the appointment status color. When you click the bubble, THEN the appointment status color will reflect the current appointment status.

Status Legend Definitions
| Scheduled (grey) - Default status after an appointment has been created. | |
| Confirmed (blue) - Appointment will display blue after it has been manually marked as confirmed. | |

Checked In (light green) - Appointment will display as light green after it has been checked in. 📌 NOTE: Alternatively, if you are using Hi Rasmus an appointment may render as light green after it has been completed. When it turns light green (instead of dark green) it means that the appointment is complete, but that the scheduled time differs greatly from the actual time. Learn more about this here. |

| Completed (dark green) - Appointment will display as dark green after the session has been completed in Hi Rasmus and send to Boost. | |

Cancelled (red) - Appointment will display red if the appointment has been marked as cancelled. 📌 NOTE: If a series has been cancelled, the first appointment in the series that is cancelled will turn red for record purposes, the rest will be removed from the calendar.
