Check In is an appointment status that can helpful to keep your schedule organized, streamline communication in the office, and for reporting.
Check In typically means that the Client has arrived for the appointment. Using this status can indicate to your Clinical staff that they can start their session. Check with your Office Administration to see how your organization uses the Check In status.

Check in Appointment
- Navigate to the Schedule Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the clients scheduled appointment.
- Double click on appointment and appointment window will open.
- Click Check In button at bottom of screen.
- Confirm check in.
The appointment will now be green on the schedule to indicate that the Client has been Checked In.
