You can cancel single appointments or cancel the rest of the appointments in a series from the Schedule View. Alternatively, you could reschedule the appointment.
📌NOTE: Cancelled appointments still display on the schedule for reporting purposes, but you can use the Status filters to filter them out if desired.

Cancel Single Appointment
- Navigate to the Schedule Module in the left side menu.

Navigate to current appointment date or click the
Search icon and filter to the Client.

- Double click on appointment and appointment window will open.

Click the Action (Three Dots) at the bottom of your screen.
- Click Cancel Appointment.
- Select Cancellation Code (reason) and click Submit button.
- Confirm cancellation.
The cancelled appointment will display on the schedule as red, indicating that it was cancelled.

Cancel Remaining Appointment Series
You can only cancel appointments in a series that have not already occurred.
Locate the appointment you would like to cancel, this will cancel the appointment you click on and any future appointments in this series.
- Double click on appointment and appointment window will open.
- Click the Action (Three Dots) at the bottom of your screen.
- Select Cancel Series.
- Select Cancellation Code (reason) and click Submit button.
- Confirm cancellation.
The cancelled series appointments will be removed from the calendar.
