Mark Appointment as Confirmed is an appointment status that can helpful to keep your schedule organized, streamline communication in the office, and for reporting. Confirmed appointments will display in dark blue on your schedules.
Confirmed typically means that the appointment has been scheduled and that the client has confirmed that they are coming. Checking with Clients before appointments and marking the appointment as Confirmed can reduce no-shows or last minute cancellations. Check with your Office Administration to see how your organization uses the Confirmed status.

Mark Appointment as Confirmed
- Navigate to the Schedule Module in the left side menu.
- Search for clients scheduled appointment.
- Double click on appointment and appointment window will open.
- Click Edit button.

Toggle Confirmed on at bottom of window.
📌NOTE: You cannot confirm an appointment that is already checked in.
- Click Save button.
The appointment will now be dark blue on the schedule to indicate that the Client appointment has been Confirmed.
