Depending on the area(s) your Organization provides service for, you may have Providers that provide services for different Facilities in different time zones.
This article will walk Providers and Schedulers through how to view all appointments for a Provider, regardless of what Facility the appointment is associated with or what time zone the appointments are in.

Access Full Provider's Schedule (Multiple Timezones)
- Navigate to the Schedule Module in the left side menu.
- Click Facilities and remove all Facilities from view. This displays a universal view.
- Click Filter > select Provider's name.
How to Read Full Schedule with Multiple Timezones
- The Timebar on the left side of your screen is displaying what time it is in YOUR timezone (as the viewer).
- The position of the appointment in relation to the side timebar indicates what time the appointment is for you in YOUR timezone.
- The time listed on the appointment reflects what time the appointment is scheduled for in the FACILITIES (and most likely, the Client's) timezone.
