As a Scheduler, your work ensures that clients receive services on time, providers have clarity in their day, and the entire organization runs smoothly. Accurate scheduling keeps communication clear, minimizes disruptions, and supports both client outcomes and staff efficiency — making your role essential to daily success.
In this module, you’ll learn how to create and manage all types of appointments in Boost, including billable and non-billable sessions, single and recurring appointments, and group appointments. You’ll also explore how to maintain and adjust the schedule once it’s been created, ensuring everything stays organized and up to date.
