1️⃣ What is Boost?
Boost is a comprehensive practice-management platform tailored for behavioral health and ABA practices. It provides unified tools to manage client onboarding, scheduling, staff compliance, and billing.
Why it matters
- Boost brings together client, employee, and payor data so workflows from intake to billing are seamless. It handles key pain points—like verifying insurance, matching staff credentials, scheduling with compliance, and generating clean claims—within one ecosystem.
- For your organization, using Boost means fewer manual hand-offs, fewer errors, and better alignment across operations, clinical, and financial functions.
The Boost Philosophy
Boost is built on a simple but powerful idea: when the right data flows together, everything else — from scheduling to billing — works seamlessly.
To make that happen, Boost organizes information into three key profiles , or “buckets,” that power the system’s automation and compliance engine:

When each profile is set up correctly, Boost connects them behind the scenes — ensuring:
- Scheduling aligns with client authorizations and staff credentials .
- Payor requirements are automatically enforced.
- Billing runs smoothly with clean, compliant claims.
As part of the Scheduling Team, you play a crucial role in ensuring the Client, Employee, and Payor Profiles work together in real time. Every appointment you create relies on accurate data across those profiles — from authorizations, to credentials, to availability. Understanding how your work connects to the bigger picture helps keep the entire care journey running smoothly, from session scheduling all the way through billing.
Your precision in managing the schedule directly affects how reliably Boost can apply rules, maintain compliance, and generate clean claims — making scheduling a core driver of both client care and operational success.
