1️⃣ Intro to Boost Workflow
Workflows are the core of getting things done in Boost. As a Scheduler, you won't often need to start workflows yourself — instead, workflows initiated by Intake or Clinical teams will send tasks your way when it’s time to schedule assessments or other appointments.
When a workflow reaches the scheduling phase, you’ll see clear, assigned tasks that outline exactly what needs to be scheduled. You can complete tasks step by step, pause and return without losing your place, and work in parallel with other teams who may be handling their own parts of the workflow. This keeps everyone aligned and ensures clients move smoothly through each stage of their care.

3️⃣ Workflow Breakdown
Workflows are the core of getting things done in Boost. You can complete tasks step by step, pause and return later without losing your place, and multiple teams can work on different tasks for the same client at the same time.
A workflow in Boost is the structured process that guides you through a series of actions for a Prospect. Each workflow is organized into three levels: workflow , steps , and tasks .
- Workflow – The overall process that needs to be completed.
- Step – A grouping of tasks that can be assigned to a specific team or group.
- Task – The individual actions that must be completed to progress the workflow.
Steps are assigned to teams, and completing the tasks within each step moves the workflow forward.
Workflow Breakdown
- Prospect Name – Shows who you are working on.
➡️ Example: DONNA SOUTH – FELDHEIM - Workflow - Indicates the overall process you are working on and helps orientate you to where you are in that process.
➡️ Example: 01 New Prospect - Step – Represents a group of tasks and shows which team or group is responsible. Helpful if you belong to multiple groups.
➡️ Example: Call Prospect (step) assigned to Intake (team).

4️⃣ Complete Tasks
This interactive video shows you how tasks work in the Prospects Module, but the idea behind completing tasks is the same in all modules.
