1️⃣ Using the Clients Module for Scheduling
The Clients Module is where all active client profiles live. Once a prospect has completed the intake process and is confirmed to move forward, they are converted into a client — and in Boost, you can only schedule appointments for confirmed clients.
As a Scheduler, the Clients Module is a key resource. You can access guardian contact information, view or update client availability, and check funding source details. Having this information at your fingertips is helpful when managing the schedule — for example, if you need to contact a guardian, verify client information, or confirm appointment details.
By using the Clients Module alongside the Schedule Module, you can ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with each client’s needs.
⚡️ ACTION: Let's get started, access the Clients Module by clicking it from the left hand menu.
