When setting up an Employee Profile in Boost you will need to add the Service Items they are qualified to perform.
For billing and scheduling purposes, the Service Items (or Service Codes) that each Provider is qualified to perform is added in the Employee Profile. This is part of the Boost checks and balances throughout the system to ensure that you are matching clients and their payors with providers that are able to provide that service so billing can move forward without complications.

Add Employee Service Items
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the Employee's name.
- Navigate to Service Items.
- Click the "+" icon to add a new service item.
- Choose the Service Code from the drop down menu.
- Choose the Facility from the drop down menu.
- Click Save.

Managing Employee Service Items
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the Employee's name.
- Navigate to Service Items.
- To Edit:
- Click the Service Code OR
- Click the Actions (Three Dots).
- To Remove Compliance Items: Click the Action (Three Dots).
- Click Save.
