Adding an Employee's Scheduling Availability tells Boost when the employee is available, helping the scheduling team to create schedules that work for clients and employees.

Adding Employee Scheduling Availability
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the Employee's name.
- Navigate to Scheduling.

Click the "+" icon to add a new schedule.
- Choose Facility from drop down menu.
- Choose Day of Week from drop down menu.
- 📌NOTE: Currently, you will need to add a new availability for each day and time that the employee is available. (e.g. The employee is available Monday and Wednesday from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. You would need to enter Monday as a new schedule, click save, and then add Wednesday as a new schedule.)
- Choose From Time and To Time
- 📌NOTE: Currently, you will need to use military time when entering your time blocks.
- Choose Start Date.
- Click Save.

Managing Employee Scheduling Availability
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the Employee's name.
- Navigate to Scheduling.
- Click the Actions (Three Dots) icon.
- Choose to Edit or Remove Appointment Block.
- Click Save.
