Changing an Employee Status when they are on leave or terminated, ensures that only available Employees can be scheduled.
- Available = Employee is active and available to be scheduled. Their name will display on the Provider drop-downs in the Appointment window.
- On Leave = Employee is active, but not available to be scheduled. Their name will not appear in the Provider drop-down in the Appointment window.
- Terminated = Employee is no longer active, not available to be scheduled. Their name will not appear in the Provider drop-down in the Appointment window.
📌 NOTE: If the employee is terminated, be sure you also deactivate the Boost User associated with the employee profile so that they aren't able to access the system anymore.

Change Status
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Employee.
- Click on the Employee Name.
- On the Basic tab, change the Status as appropriate.
- Click Save.
