A Client Profile is required in Boost in order to add authorizations and to begin scheduling for the Client.
Clients should only be added directly in the Client Module if you are retroactively entering someone who is already receiving services. For example, you may manually add a Client here when transitioning from a previous system into Boost.
❗️ IMPORTANT - If the individual is a new Prospect, contact your Intake team so they can add them to the Prospects Module and collect all required information before converting them to a Client.
There are 3 Steps to adding a Client in Boost

Create Client Profile 📌NOTE: If the individual is a new Prospect, contact your Intake team so they can add them to the Prospects Module and collect all required information before converting them to a Client. Once that screen has been filled out, you will be prompted to start a workflow. |

Complete the Client Profile To get the Client into the system you only added a minimum amount of information. Follow your workflow to ensure that all information needed for this client is added on the different tabs. This may include adding Client Dx, Funding Source, Availability, Allergies, etc. |
Next Steps
Once the Client Profile is complete in Boost, the system will run verification of benefits for the Client, and your Authorization team can start entering Authorizations.
- The Authorization Teams can add Schedule Only (Place Holder) Authorizations
- OR they can add Schedule & Bill Authorizations, if they have all the information needed to do so.
