You can document different types of allergies on the Client Profile, including medication, food, and environmental allergies, along with how each allergy presents.
You can either add and manage a Client's allergies during Intake or from their Client Profile after they have been converted.

Add or Manage Client Allergies
- Navigate to the Clients Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Client.

Click the Client's name > Clinical tab.

The Clinical tab allows you to enter in the following:

Click Edit to add information to the Allergies card. Add a reaction to each allergy that is known.
✨TIP: Notice the the label reads "Has NO Allergies". Clicking YES means the Client does NOT have allergies. Clicking NO means the Client DOES have allergies.
- Once allergies have been added, an alert button will show on the allergies tab, noting how many allergies there are, as well as in which category. Clicking on the category will show you what type of reaction the Client has to each allergy.
