You can add a Client through either the Prospects or Clients Modules.
This article will show you have to add a Client through the Client Module as a new prospect that is not in Boost as a current client. If you are looking to add to or manage a current client's information, please jump over to this article: Add or Manage Client Details.
📌NOTE: Most organizations will have an Intake Team that brings in new prospects. Please reach out to your Intake Team if you are unsure if you should be adding a Client through the Clients Module or through their intake process.

Create Client Profile
- Navigate to the Clients Module in the left side menu.

Click + New Client.

Enter basic Prospect details, contacts, and funding source, being sure to fill out all of the required fields marked by red asterisks.

Click Create Client button.

Complete Profile
Your organization's workflows will prompt you to fill in this information as you complete the Client's profile.
- Depending on how your organization has workflows set up, you may need to manually launch a workflow for a Client. Check with your Boost Champion to see if you need to manually launch workflows. If your workflows auto-launch, move on to complete the profile.
- Search for the Client Profile you just created.
- Click the Client's name.
- Click the appropriate tab and enter details.
