The Client Module houses all client information. From here, you can quickly access, edit, and search client profiles. Details like address, email, funding source, diagnosis, and more are all stored in this module.
Before appearing in the Clients Module, individuals first enter Boost as Prospects in the Prospects Module. The Intake team processes each Prospect through your organization’s workflows, collecting the necessary information. Once qualified and ready for Services, the Prospect is converted into a Client, at which point their full profile becomes available here.

Client Module FAQs
Help! I can't access or edit Client Information!
- Your permissions may not allow you to see the module or, if you are able to see it, your permissions may be limited to "Read" only. If you believe this is in error, reach out to your Supervisor or your Boost Champion and they will be able to help you get proper access.
Can I add additional Contacts or Emergency Contacts for a Client?
- By default, there are only fields for two Parent/Guardians information and two additional Emergency Contacts. If you need to add in additional contacts or addresses you can add a "Note" to the Client Profile.
What is the Customer Client Code on the Demographics tab?
- This is a free text field that your organization can use to track connections between different systems. This could be the Client Code for Hi Rasmus or Motivity, or some other internal system. Reach out to your Boost Champion to see how your organization specifically uses this field.
