Client Availability is a part of the Client Profile and indicates the days and hours that the Client is available for sessions. Setting up availability helps schedulers know if they are attempting to schedule an session outside of available hours.
You can either add and manage a Client's Behavioral Schedule Availability during Intake or from their Client Profile after they have been converted.

Add or Manage Client Availability
- Navigate to the Clients Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Client.

Click the Client's name > Availability tab.
- Click + Add to Availability, Exceptions, or Accepted Hours.

Repeat step 4 as needed.
