This article will tell you what actions Boost Users can access within each module. This will help you as you set up new users in Boost and give them the permissions they need for their roles.
Not all Employees will need to be Boost Users. Only employees who need to edit or view information in Boost will need a Boost User account and permissions set for them.
❗IMPORTANT: Users only need ONE permission ("Read" or "Read/Write"). If they have both, they will only be able to "Read" (view) the modules and will NOT be able to enter or edit information.
✨ TIP: If you have already set up your user permissions, please go back through and double check that every user has only ONE permission setting. If they have more than one, simply delete the extra module permission that does not apply.
READ: Boost Users can only view the information in the module with this permission. Currently if a user has Read access to a module, they can view ALL information within that module.
READ/WRITE: Boost Users can view AND edit the information in the module with this permission. Currently if a user has READ/WRITE access to a module they can view and edit ANY information within that module.

| Billing | Read Read/Write | From the Billing module you can view completed appointments as they go through the billing process. You can see appointment/note details as well as check the appointments billing status. |

| Tenant Administrator | Read/Write | This Boost User has full access to all modules. |
