The first time you log into Boost you will need to reset your password, as well as set up your multi-factor authentication. After being verified and setting up your multi-factor authentication code, logging in is as easy as user name, password, multi-factor code!

Reset Your Password

1. Navigate to https://app.boostresults.com/

2. Click Forgot your password?
   
    
3. Enter the email associated with Boost, and click Send Verification Code.
   
   
    
4. Enter the verification code sent to your email. Click Verify Code.
   
   
    
5. Once your email has been verified, click Continue.
   
   
    
6. Enter your new password and click Continue.
   
   
    
7. Next step, set up your Multi-Factor Authentication Code!

Set Up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

1. Enter your mobile number.

   📌NOTE: This will be the number that will be associated with your Boost account going forward.

2. Select Send Code to receive a text message OR Call Me to receive a phone call.
    
3. Enter MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Code.
4. Click Verify Code button.

Daily Login with MFA Text or Phone Call

1. Navigate to https://app.boostresults.com/

2. Enter Sign in name and password.
3. Click Sign In button.
   
    
4. Select SMS to receive a text message or phone call.
   
    
5. Select Text Message or Phone Call.
   
    
6. Enter MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Code.
7. Click Verify Code button.

Daily Login with MFA Email

1. Navigate to https://app.boostresults.com/

2. Enter Sign in name and password.
3. Click Sign In button.
   
    
4. Select Email to receive a text message or phone call.
   
    
5. Click Send Verification Code button.
   
    
6. Once you have the verification code enter it AND click Verify Code button.
   
    
7. Click Continue.
