Client Module
From automated workflows to quick and easy management of client information, the client intake process in Boost is quick and easy. From the Client Module you can view, search, and manage client profiles. You can also manage a client's information: demographics, funding source, diagnosis/services, and more.Â

Schedule Module
In a lot of ways, the Schedule Module is the heart of every day Boost usage. Boost's smart scheduling factors in credentialing, compliance rules, provider availability, and client availability, making scheduling a less stressful task. Â From the Schedule module you have the ability to schedule and manage sessions for a single or multiple facilities. It also acts as a hub for your psychology staff to run a session and complete session notes.

Employee Module
The Employee Module was designed to help you effectively set up and manage your Employee Profiles in Boost. Depending on your organizations process, the Employee Module may be solely managed by an office team or your Boost Champions and Admins, OR, the user/employee may be able to update their own profile as their availability changes or when updates to compliance items are needed.

Prospects Module (Intake)
The Prospects Module was designed to simplify the workflow of gathering and triaging inquiries, entering basic prospect information and converting a prospect profile to a client, when appropriate.Â
During Implementation, your Boost Implementation Partner will help you set up the inquiry form on your website and once you go live, people will be able to visit your website and submit inquiries that will populate within Boost for easy conversion from Inquiry to Prospect to Client!

Authorizations Module
From the Authorizations module, your Authorization team will be able to enter and manage authorizations and payor plans, as well as process billing claims to a clearinghouse.

Accounts Settings Module
The Accounts Settings module is your one stop shop to set up and manage your Boost account. Typically this module will be completed in partnership with your Implementation Manager before your Boost account goes live. Once your account has been set up, you may occasionally need to update this module or add in new information.
