Search Tips
Search in a Help Center is going to be your best friend! It is the easiest way to narrow in on resources that are going to help you quickly! Here are some helpful ways to search:

"Quick Start" - Quick Start Guides are our Get Started Guides for each module. Searching for a Quick Start Guide will bring up the list of all the different guides available. For example:

Copy & Paste Message from Boost - Occasionally you may receive a message or warning from Boost. If that happens, copy the warning and drop it in the Help Center search to quickly find context and solutions! |

Key Term Search - Type in a few key terms! Module names, sections or tab titles, field names, etc. All of those are great ways to narrow in on articles that will help answer your question! |

The Help Center is organized by Module and Section. You'll notice that the order of the modules in Boost mirror the order of the categories in the Help Center.
So, if you're working in the Client Module of Boost and want to learn about all the ins and outs of that Module, click into the Client Module category!

Consider us your personal Librarian! The help center is FULL of helpful "How To" articles, but as your personalized librarian, we do the searching for you. We've curated guides (or lists of articles), for everything you might need to know about getting started with that particular role, workflow, or task. ✨TIP! Find the Guides that are helpful for your specific roles and tasks and BOOKMARK them for easy access in the future! Quick Start Guides (marked with a ⚡icon) contain an overview of the module, showing you where to find key icons and tasks in the module, as well as possible next steps to take and FAQs. Everything you could need in one spot!
Boost Guides (marked with a 💡icon) take you through the steps of a certain task, letting you know which permissions you will need, what steps are in the task, and possible next steps to take. We also link to other helpful articles throughout the guide, giving you lots of help right at your fingertips! |

How To articles are the FOUNDATION of the Help Center and make up almost 90% of the Help Center. They are the nitty gritty ins and outs of the different fields and tasks you are able to complete in Boost. These are typically short and task based, and often include step by step instructions with images.

Troubleshooting Articles | ||
|
Occasionally in Boost you will run into an Error or an Warning. These safeguards are put in place to help protect the workflow or data. We have created articles to help troubleshoot those errors. These articles give context for the error and potential solutions. When you run into one of these in Boost, best practice is to copy the error and paste it in the Help Center search! |
