Authorizations Expiring in 30 Days in Boost
- You can access authorizations that are expiring in 30 days on Boost by navigating to the Authorization Module in the left side menu. Click the Need attention tab.
- This will bring up two tabs, Expired and Expiring (click the arrow next to each option to expand/collapse each tab).
- The Expired tab will show you authorizations that have expired.

To be sure you can take action early, the Expiring tab will be important. It will show you:
A. How many authorizations are expiring in 30 days.
B. How many days an authorization has before it expires.

Authorizations Expiring in Next Six Months in Power BI
- Navigate to PowerBI.
- Use the Authorizations report >Pending/Ending/Expiring Auths page.
- Click on the Detail visual.

- Set to “Advanced filtering” > “Relative date” > “Is in the next” > enter the time frame (e.g., 30/60/90) > Apply filter
