Occasionally an appointment in Boost gets completed in error.
Once an appointment is complete it cannot currently be unrendered or edited. In this scenario, (1) ensure that the session is fixed in Hi Rasmus and connected to a corrected Appointment in Boost. Then, (2) in Boost adjust the original completed appointment time to less than 5 minutes. This will flag the appointment as an error and ensure it is not billed. And finally, (3) add an appointment note so others will know that the appointment has been dealt with.

Adjust Time

Navigate to the Session in the appointment you are working on and Open Sessions (three dots).
- Click Adjust Time.

Adjust Time will not show up until you have started and stopped the timer. Learn more about this in Session Notes.

Adjust the time to be the actual time that the session was started and ended. Click Submit.
✨TIP: If you are fixing an appointment that was completed in error, be sure to change the actual start and end time to less than 5 minutes, so it won't be flagged by billing.

Click Submit.
This marks the Appointment as Complete (dark green) on your Schedule.

Add Appointment Note
- Navigate the appointment that you just adjusted the time for and open the appointment window.
- Click on the Notes Tab.
- Click the "+" Add Icon to add a new note.
- Type your note in the field.
- Click Save.
By adding a note to this appointment, you are letting others know, that while you cannot currently delete this appointment, the time has been adjusted and the appointment will not longer be flagged as an issue for billing.
