You can now add free text notes to individual appointments that are checked in, start/stopped, completed or cancelled.
Notes are now available at the Individual Appointment level! Appointment notes can be used to relay a message to your team about the appointment, or as an internal note for future reference. This helps your team align on details or callouts for individual appointments.
Important Things to Note about Notes!
- Notes can only be created on Individual Appointments. Notes do not carryover from appointment to appointment in recurring appointment series.
- You can make as many notes on an appointment as you want! They will display in chronological order as you add more notes.

View Appointment Notes Tab
To locate the Notes Tab, navigate to the Scheduling Module in the left side menu.
- Navigate to the appointment you want to add a note to and double click it.
- In Appointment Window click Notes tab.
📌 NOTE: You will not be able to view notes for appointments that are scheduled or confirmed.
Appointment Note Callouts
- The original note recorded.
- The original created date/time/author of the original note.
- The edited note.
- The modified date/time/author of the edited note.
- The Actions (Three Dots) icon which houses the options to Edit or Remove Note.
✨ If multiple notes are added to an appointment, they will be listed with the newest note first.

Add or Edit Note
- Locate appointment that is checked-in, started, stopped or cancelled an appointment.
- Open Appointment Window.
- Click on the Notes Tab.
- Click the "+" Add Icon to add a new note.
- Type your note in the field.
- Click Save.
