The three main places you can manually launch a workflow from are: the Prospects Module, the Clients Module, and the Employees Module.
Workflows must be linked to either a Prospect/Client or an Employee. This allows you to effectively track the various processes you're managing for each.
✨TIP: Authorizations will be part of a Workflow, but Workflows are not launched from the Authorizations Module.

Launch from Prospect Module
Typically you would launch any workflows associated with a Prospect from the Prospect Module. This could include things like "New Prospect", "Deactivate Prospect", "Add to Waitlist", etc.
Any workflow before the Prospect is converted to a Client needs to be started from the Prospect module.
- Navigate to the Prospects Module in the left side menu.
- Locate the appropriate prospect you need to start the workflow for.
- Click the Actions (Three Dots) icon.

Select Start Workflow link.
✨TIP: The Start Workflow link will not display if there are not workflows associated with Prospects.

Select the workflow you would like to launch.

Launch from Client
Typically you will launch workflows associated with a Client from the Client Module. This could include Authorization workflows, Scheduling Workflows, etc.
Once a Prospect is converted to a Client any workflow going forward associated with that client needs to be launched from the Client Module.
- Navigate to the Clients Module in the left side menu.
- Locate the appropriate Client you need to start the workflow for.
- Click the Actions (Three Dots) icon.

Launch from Employees
You will launch all workflows associated with an Employee from the Employees Module. This could include things such as Start Employee Onboarding, Offboard Employee, Update Employee Profile, etc.
- Navigate to the Employee Module in the left side menu.
- Click the Actions (Three Dots) icon.
