A saved view is a named set of schedule filters. Save the facility, providers, service codes, and statuses you look at for a job, give it a name, and switch to it in one click. Keep as many views as you need.
What is does?
- Saves your current filters under a name you choose. Picking a view applies its filters to the schedule, and the filter panel, facility control, and filter system update to match.
Why?
- Schedulers work several jobs in a day, and each job looks at a different slice of the schedule. Before saved views, the schedule held one filter selection, so moving between jobs meant reselecting filters across many facilities and providers every time.
How to use it:
- Set your filters with any combination of: facility, providers, client, appointment type, service code, status, environment, room, and school.
-
Switch views by using the search and picking one from your list.
-
Save current filters as new view creates another view with the current selected filters.
-
Manage views is where you can rename, delete, and reorder. The order you set there is the order your views appear in.
-
Save a new view and give it a name, such as "Active Providers". Do this for a brand new view.
- Use the Duplicate function to start from a view you have already built out. Add any extra filters on top, then save the results as brand new view.

TIP: Make one view per job you do, named for the job, such as "Cancellations this week" or "Clinic - Full Staff."
