Client Dashboard
Filtering & Searching
Find exactly the clients you need in seconds with enhanced search and filtering on the Clients dashboard. Beyond the familiar name search, new active toggle filters let you quickly view clients by status, while additional filters for facility, service category, and case manager help you zero in on specific segments of your caseload. Mix and match filters to create the exact view you need.

Additional Client Information at a Glance
The Client Dashboard table now displays significantly more information at a glance, reducing the need to click into individual profiles. Each row shows the client's age, status, active service categories, and assigned case managers, along with primary contact details including their phone number. You can also see payer information and eligibility status directly in the table, giving you a complete snapshot of each client without opening their profile.

Client Profile
Additional Information at a Glance
The client profile now surfaces critical information right at the top for instant access. See how long the client has been active across each service line, view their assigned case managers for every active service, and use quick links to contact primary contacts via phone or email—all without scrolling or searching.

Client Profile Tabs
The client profile features a streamlined design with three key enhancements: the Overview tab now displays contact information, availability, and accepted hours per service category at a glance; the Documents tab has been redesigned for better organization and search; and a new Notes section provides activity tracking and manual documentation. Other tabs like Demographics maintain their familiar functionality with visual updates. Explore the details of each enhancement below.
Â
New! Overview Tab
The Overview tab now surfaces key operational information at a glance. See additional contact details, client availability, and accepted hours per service category right at the top—giving you the context you need for scheduling, case management, and coordination without searching through the profile.
Â
Funding Source Tab
The Funding Source tab now provides better visibility into your funding history. Add new funding sources and inactivate outdated ones as needed—inactive funding sources now remain visible directly in the tab for easy reference. While this data has always been retained in the system, you can now access your complete funding history without leaving the profile.
Â
Documents Tab
The Documents tab now features 8 collapsible standardized categories: Intake Forms, Insurance Documents, Authorization Letters, Medical Records, Consent Forms, Evaluations & Assessments, and Correspondence. Use the new search and category filtering tools to find files faster. Custom categories are on the roadmap.
Â
Notes Section
The redesigned Notes section provides complete visibility into prospect activity. It automatically tracks all changes and updates with timestamps and user attribution, creating a running audit trail of what happened and who made each change. You can also add manual notes to the timeline to capture context, conversations, or important details that need to be documented.
