How fast are intakes converting to first direct therapy session?
The speed of converting intakes to active treatment directly impacts client satisfaction, retention, and your ability to grow, as families seeking ABA services often choose providers who can start services quickly. This metric helps you identify bottlenecks in your intake workflow, such as assessment scheduling delays, slow authorization processes, or staffing constraints, allowing you to streamline operations and reduce the risk of losing clients to competitors during the waiting period.
