This workflow will help you document your Psychology session and complete your notes quickly as you work through them at the end of the day or the end of the week.
Psychologist using Boost create their appointments and do all their clinical session activities and note taking in Boost.
❗️ IMPORTANT: Ideally you would be running your session (i.e. starting the Session Timer at the beginning of the Session and Stop it when the Session is complete) while you are with the Client. In which case you would not need to adjust the Actual Session Times.
If you are completing your Session Notes not during the actual session, be sure that you adjust the Actual Times to reflect when you were with the Client.

Complete Session Notes
- Navigate to the appointment you are completing.

Check in the appointment.
📌 NOTE: Even if you aren't actually checking in a client, an appointment must be marked as checked in in order to access and complete the session notes.

Open Sessions (three dots)

Start/Stop the Timer
- The Stop Button will show up after you start the timer.

OPTIONAL - Adjust the time to the Actual Time
- If you are completing your notes at the end of the day or the end of the week, start and immediately stop the Timer and use the Adjust Actual Time feature in the next step to reflect the Actual Time you were with the client.
- The "Adjust Time" button will not appear on the screen until you have completed the start/stop timer.
- Complete Note.
- Add Documents and Provider Signature.

Submit
This marks the Appointment as Complete (dark green) on your Schedule.
