The Reports Module houses all report related information. From here, you can quickly create reports for Clients, Sessions, Employees, Certifications, and Prospects.
After filtering your data, you can generate a report or download a CSV.

Reports Module Overview
- Navigate to the Reports Module in the left side menu.
- Once in the Reports Module, you can create 5 types of reports - Clients, Sessions, Employees, Certifications, and Prospects.
- Click the Report Type you want to create.
Once you have chosen your Report Type, you will see this screen:
While each Report Type has different parameters - display fields, filters, and groupings - the main idea is the same in all Report Types. By adding or subtracting different parameters, you can create a custom report.

Reports Module FAQs
Help! I can't access or edit Reports Information!
- Your permissions may not allow you to see the module or, if you are able to see it, your permissions may be limited to "Read" only. If you believe this is in error, reach out to your Supervisor or your Boost Champion and they will be able to help you get proper access.
I'm unsure of how to set up my Reports. Do you have any suggestions?
