Add Authorization
- Navigate to the Authorizations Module in the left side menu.
- Click Add Authorization button.

Details Screen:
- Fill out the required information:
- Choose a Client from the dropdown menu.
- Choose a Payor from the dropdown menu.

Enter the Authorization Number.
✨TIP: If you are scheduling for a "Schedule Only (placeholder)" and do not have the authorization number, best practice is to type in "PENDING" into that field.
- Enter Valid From Date and Valid To Date.

Choose "Schedule and Bill" or "Schedule Only".
✨TIP: Use "Schedule Only" if you do not have an authorization number yet, but need to schedule an appointment for the Client.

Choose the Service Code from the dropdown menu.
📌NOTE: You will need to create a New Authorization for each Service Code.
- Click the Next button in the bottom right of the screen.

Approvals Screen:
- Fill out the required information:
- Choose Hours, Units, or Visits for your service code measurement.
- Choose Billing Increments from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Frequency from the dropdown menu.
- Enter Total Hours/Units/Visits.
- Click the Next button in the bottom right of the screen.

Documents Screen:

Upload any documents that need to be added.
- Click Save.
- Once you click Save, your authorization will populate with the other authorization and you can search for it on the main screen.

Edit Authorizations
Editing an authorization is quick and easy. You may need to edit an authorization is to change the status from Schedule Only to Schedule and Bill, or to add an authorization number.
- Navigate to the Authorizations Module in the left side menu.
- Search for the Client you need to edit.
- Click the three dots next to the authorization you need to edit and click Edit authorization.

Edit the information that needs to be edited.
✨ TIP: If you are moving an authorization from schedule only to schedule and bill, add the authorization number and change the status to Schedule and Bill.
- Once you have edited your authorization, click Next.
- Click Next on the Approvals page and then Save on the Documents page, if there are no other edits that need to be made on any other page.
You can now search for the Client and view the authorization.
