The Prospect Module helps your organization track, organize, and manage prospective Clients.
Before Prospects can become Clients, there is a certain amount of information that must be collected to be sure the Prospect qualifies as a Client. This is where the Prospect Module comes into play. This is where you will collect all the information about a prospective client BEFORE they are converted to a client - contact information, funding source, diagnosis, and anything information that your organization's workflows prompt you to gather.
There are 3 Steps to the Intake Process in Boost
Inquiry Phase
As inquiries come in, you may receive a task notification to take action if your organization has opted to set up an Intake Workflow
In the Inquiry phase you have the ability to convert the inquiry to a prospect if it is a valid lead or delete it if appropriate.
Prospect Phase
Once an inquiry is validated and converted to a Prospect, you have the ability to start gathering basic Prospect/Client details such as basic demographics, funding source details, etc., as well as notes to add to the profile if desired.
Alternatively, you can manually add a prospect here if someone were to call the office instead of filling out the form online.
Convert Prospect (to Client)
Once Client information has been added to the Prospect profile it will display here on the Convert to Client screen, where you can officially convert the profile.
After converted, the profile will now live in the Clients Module and can begin your Client workflows.
