After an inquiry has been converted to a Prospect from the splash screen, you can manage all details of the Prospect profile from the Prospects Module.
In the Prospect Phase you have the ability to start gathering information about the client. You can enter basic demographics, contact information, availability and/or notes.

Manage Prospect Details
- Navigate to the Prospects Module in the left side menu.

Search for appropriate Prospect (using filters as needed) and click the name to access the Prospect profile.
- Click desired tab and enter information for client.
- Be sure to click to Save as you enter information!

Convert Prospect to Client
When your workflow prompts you, convert the Prospect to Client.
- Click the Convert to Client button.
- Select a Case Manager.
- Click the Convert to Client button.
The Prospect Profile will now show the client as Converted for whichever line of service you converted to a Client. This Prospect will now be available in the Client Module for the line of service you converted.
