Once you have set all your parameters and clicked Generate Report, you will see your report on screen. This article will walk you through the navigational tools available and reading those reports.

Overview of Navigation
- Page - You can either scroll down or move the page by selecting the arrows next to the "Page" heading. You can also type in the page number you are looking for a hit "enter" and you will view that page.
- Zoom - You have the ability to zoom in or out, depending on what you need your view to be.

Selection Tools -
The arrow icon allows you to select information, allowing you to copy and paste information. The hand icon allows you to freely move your report by clicking and dragging the screen.

Search - Click the
Search icon and type the information you are searching for. The information you type into the search field will be highlighted in your report.
✨ TIP: For easy movement to the next searched item, click the
Movement arrows. This will take you to the next selection.
✨ TIP: To remove the highlighted words, but keep your current search available, click the
Text Icon. Clicking it again will bring back the search item and highlight it.
- Open - Allows you to open a downloaded report.
- Download - Allows you to download your report as a PDF.
- Print - Allows you to print your report.

Reading the Report
Let's take a look at how to read a report. The parameters for this report were set as follows:
The report looks like this:
Because we set up our Groupings to be set at Facility, Title, Status, the Facility is our first heading. Next we see the Title, then the Status. Below the Status we see the information from our Display Fields, listed as we have set it up: Last Name, Date of Birth, and Hire Date.
